• It is only five minutes distance from Taksim on foot.
• There are a couple of car park options in our street or close vicinity.
• Cihangir: There are lots of cafes, restaurants and bars around.
• The historical atmosphere of the building welcomes you from the first moment.
• The hall is not open to public, and it will be dedicated to your event.
• The building has five floors and a terrace. Each floor accommodates one apartment. All the floors are in commercial use. The Fifth Floor Café, Bar and Restaurant on the fifth floor and the Mini Music Hall on the ground floor are open until late hours at night.
• The ceiling height of each floor is 340 cm.
• The building was constructed with brick masonry walls. The coating was removed intentionally on some walls to display the original bricks.
• There is an elevator in the building.
• If required, a program can be arranged at the Mini Music Hall with a special agreement before or after your event.
• As an elegant restaurant with a wonderful view of the Bosphorus, 5. Kat Cafe, Bar & Restaurant is on the fifth floor and the terrace. If required, catering or dinner can be arranged with a special agreement before or after your event.
• Cloakroom is available.
• There are two cabins and two lavatories in the ladies’ room, and one cabin, two lavatories, and two urinals in the men’s room.
• Equipped with a dish washer, a refrigerator, coffee makers and a tea maker, our kitchen offers drinks, but catered meals can also be served. We have the necessary crockery and cutlery for this purpose.
• There is wireless Internet connection in the hall.
• Smoking is prohibited in the whole building.
• Hall capacity: We can serve 30 people in stand-up cocktail arrangement and  25 in theatre arrangement, and maximum 15-20 with table arrangement.
